This page explains how LukOutt handles information submitted through the short-lived public product showcase and feedback forms.
Information We Collect
When you submit interest, we may collect your name, mobile number, optional email address, optional city, optional interested category, optional message, consent confirmation, and submission time. If a family, school, company, or organization submits bulk interest, we may collect the organization or family name, contact person, email, mobile number, approximate user count, message, consent confirmation, and submission time. Feedback, likes, dislikes, and reactions may be stored separately without login.
How We Use It
We use submitted details to understand product interest, improve LukOutt designs, contact you regarding product availability, and prepare launch updates. This public showcase does not include payment, checkout, order placement, shipping, or account registration.
Why a Contact Number May Be Needed
A QR sticker is useful only when a finder, school, guard, hospital desk, neighbour, or emergency helper can reach the right person quickly. A phone number or emergency contact number helps close the loop when time matters.
A teacher or bus staff member scans the sticker and contacts the parent or guardian instead of the item sitting unclaimed.
If a vehicle blocks access or needs urgent attention, a verified contact route can prevent delay and confusion.
An emergency contact can guide helpers toward family, known conditions, doctor information, or insurance references that the user chose to add.
What Can Go Wrong Without a Reachable Number
A lost item may not return. A school may not know which parent to call. A vehicle issue may take longer to resolve. In a health situation, helpers may lose time finding family or emergency contacts. LukOutt reduces that communication gap, but it depends on users entering correct and reachable details.
Data Accuracy and User Responsibility
You are responsible for validating that the details you enter are correct, current, complete, and suitable for sharing. LukOutt does not take responsibility for incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading data entered by users.
Emergency and Medical Disclaimer
LukOutt QR stickers and health-card concepts are intended to support access to user-provided contact or information details. They do not guarantee recovery, safety, medical treatment, emergency response, or accuracy of submitted information.
Security and Retention
Submissions are stored in separate public-product collections and are kept separate from admin, QR-management, order, customer, and payment records. We apply validation, rate limiting, CSRF checks, and basic abuse prevention for this public page.
Intellectual Property and No-Copying Notice
All LukOutt names, logos, sticker concepts, artwork previews, page copy, layouts, QR-led product concepts, and related presentation materials shown in this public showcase are proprietary to LukOutt or used by LukOutt for preview and market-feedback purposes. Access to this showcase does not grant any licence, assignment, transfer, or permission to copy, reproduce, download for reuse, trace, modify, resell, distribute, publish, train models on, or create derivative works from these materials.
Unauthorized use, copying, commercial exploitation, reverse engineering, or imitation of LukOutt designs or product concepts is strictly prohibited. LukOutt reserves all rights and may pursue available legal remedies for misuse, infringement, unfair copying, or unauthorized commercial use.
